These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of h17powersports.com and purchases from Hangar 17 Powersports LLC ("Hangar 17," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the site, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy protected content without permission; or violate another person's rights.

Products, pricing, and orders

We try to describe products, compatibility, pricing, availability, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by display. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, decline or cancel an order, or discontinue a product. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states, and shipping to Alaska is calculated at checkout. Taxes and any optional expedited or special-service shipping charges are added where applicable. Payment is authorized and collected through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Presale orders

Presale orders are charged in full at checkout. The current estimate is shipment approximately two months from the order date. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot ship within the stated estimate, we will provide notice and the choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a prompt full refund. You may also request cancellation before fulfillment begins as described in our Refund Policy.

Fitment and OEM part verification

Fitment results are based on the exact year, brand, model family, package or trim, engine, and lower or upper OEM grille information available to us. Bottom-pan numbers are not accepted for fitment lookup because sleds sharing a bottom pan may use different hoods and upper grilles. Before ordering or installing, use an online OEM parts finder or an authorized dealer to confirm that the suggested lower and upper OEM grille numbers match the parts installed on your sled. Do not rely only on general platform, generation, model-family, or bottom-pan information.

Ski-Doo, Lynx, BRP, Polaris, Arctic Cat, and other third-party names and part numbers are used only to identify compatibility. Their owners retain all trademark and other rights. Hangar 17 products are aftermarket products and are not sponsored, endorsed, or manufactured by those vehicle manufacturers unless expressly stated.

Installation, safety, and lawful use

Follow the instructions provided for your exact fitment. Disconnect power and use appropriate tools and protective equipment. Cutting or modification should be performed only where the approved instructions specifically require it. If you are uncertain, use a qualified installer. Improper installation, wiring, modification, or use can damage the product or vehicle and may create a risk of injury.

You are responsible for determining whether auxiliary lighting is lawful for your vehicle, location, trail, road, and intended use. Do not operate lighting in a manner that impairs another person's vision or violates applicable equipment, traffic, trail, or land-use rules. Unless expressly stated, an auxiliary light is not a substitute for required factory lighting or safety equipment.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Eligible Spot Pro lights include the written two-year limited warranty described on our product and support pages. Warranty rights are in addition to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Transactional emails about orders, fitment, shipping, safety, policy changes, or support may be sent as needed. Marketing messages may be stopped through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Intellectual property and feedback

The site's text, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, fitment data, and other content are owned by or licensed to Hangar 17 and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping and product support, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission. If you voluntarily provide reviews, photos, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate, support, and promote the business, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, marketing, shipping, and support services. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services we do not control.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Shopify also processes information to provide the storefront and checkout.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for our express written limited warranty and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not disclaim implied warranties that apply to a product covered by our written warranty. Where permitted by law, the duration of applicable implied warranties is limited to the duration of the written limited warranty. Some states do not allow that limitation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hangar 17 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of use, or vehicle damage resulting from misuse, unlawful use, or installation contrary to instructions. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Hangar 17 harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or product, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and any jurisdiction or venue rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
