Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, hardware, and proof of purchase. Opening the package to inspect the product does not by itself make it ineligible.

Installed, cut, altered, or damaged products generally cannot be returned unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Presale and sale-priced products remain eligible under this policy. Gift cards, if offered, are not refundable.

Start a return

Email shop@h17powersports.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the return is accepted, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when the return is based on preference, an ordering mistake, or fitment that was not confirmed before installation. Hangar 17 Powersports will cover reasonable return shipping when we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. Original expedited-shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law.

Presale cancellations and delays

Presale orders are charged in full at checkout and are estimated to ship approximately two months from the order date. You may request cancellation for a full refund any time before fulfillment begins. If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated estimate, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to the revised date or cancel for a prompt full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please keep the packaging and include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Warranty claims are not subject to the unused-product condition above.

Refunds and exchanges

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the credit. For an exchange, the fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. Where a mandatory cooling-off or cancellation period applies, that law controls.
