Presale fulfillment estimate
Upper and Lower Spot Pro kits are currently offered on presale. Payment is collected in full at checkout, and the current estimate is shipment approximately two months from the order date. This is a rolling estimate based on when each order is placed, not a fixed launch date.
If an order contains both upper and lower kits or multiple components, we normally ship the complete order together. We will email tracking information when the carrier accepts the shipment.
Shipping delays
Production, component availability, carrier conditions, weather, and other events can affect timing. If we learn that we cannot ship within the estimate stated when you ordered, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the delayed order for a prompt full refund. If we determine that we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and issue a prompt full refund.
United States shipping only
Hangar 17 currently accepts orders for U.S. delivery addresses only. Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska is calculated and shown at checkout. Any expedited or special-service charge selected at checkout is the customer's responsibility.
International shipping is not currently available. Delivery time begins after the order is fulfilled and is separate from the presale production estimate.
Shipping address changes
Review the shipping address carefully before submitting the order. Contact shop@h17powersports.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins and cannot reroute every carrier shipment.
Tracking, loss, and damage
Tracking is sent to the email address associated with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and can change. If tracking shows an exception, the package appears lost, or the shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and photos when applicable. We will help investigate and, when we or the carrier are responsible, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns
Return eligibility, presale cancellations, and refund timing are covered by our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.
